people should give up meat and become vegetarians
Nowadays, we are often told what we should eat or should not eat. However, I believe eating vegetable is more healty then eating meat.
vegetable is more healthey. It has alot of vitamins which our body need. First of all, eating vegetable is an easy way to lose weight. Moreover, vegetables are cheap and are available every where. For istance, when we travel to another country we can find and buy them easily. As good as raw food are for our body, it's important to eat cooked vegetables. Furthermore, cooking vegetables is not a waste of time. In addition, we can buy them fresh.Also soya beans and lentils are delicious and are a good source of protein. And salads and vegetable soups are delicious and useful, which can be eating prepared. Also we can drink fresh vegetable juice like : carrot juice.
On the other hand, meat is rich in protein and vitamins which our body needs. Moreover, meat supports the development of bones, teeth and skin. Especially, for children who are in the grow age. Furthermore, it is delicious. There are many meat dishes that taste nice. However, meat is not healthy. It has alot of fat which is harmfue for our body. Sometimes meat is not fresh and natural it preserved, so that it is may make us sick. In addition, some people over eat meat, hence they can get sicknesses like : cancer and heart disease. Furthermore, animals are kept in terrible conditions just so they can be killed and eaten. Moreover, meat it is not available everywhrer. And meat is expensive. For example in some countries people can not buy meat, so they eat meat once a week.
considering the negative and positive ideas a bout eating meat, I belive we can live without eating meat. For example I have not been eating meat since 5 years ago and I'm healthy.
As I discussed above, people hold varrious opinions about having meat or not. Some people think it's good and has many vitamins and others think it's useless. However, I believe people shouldn't eat meat every day they should give their body a braek because meat is food which is hard to digest. Also eating meat should be in balance with vegetables.
